Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Ghost Garbage ("Company") and the customer ("Customer") regarding the junk removal services provided.

The company provides junk removal services for both residential and commercial clients in Winnipeg, with our responsibilities and yours clearly outlined. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Regular scheduled pickups
• Bulk item removal
• Special waste disposal

• The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all waste is properly prepared for collection in accordance with local regulations. 
• The Customer must provide access to the pickup area. 
• The Customer agrees to inform the Company of any hazardous materials or special handling requirements prior to the junk removal service. 

• All pricing for junk removal services will be outlined in the service agreement or quoted prior to service. 
• Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. 
• Late payments may incur additional fees, as outlined in the service agreement, in accordance with our responsibilities and yours. 

• The Customer may request modifications or cancellations of junk removal services at least 24 hours in advance. 
• The Company reserves the right to modify service schedules due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather), in line with our responsibilities and yours. 

• The Company is not liable for any damage to property that occurs during the junk removal process unless caused by the Company’s negligence. 
• The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from improper waste disposal or hazardous materials, in accordance with our and your responsibilities outlined in the service agreement. 

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through direct communication between the Company and the Customer, in accordance with our and your responsibilities. 
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation before pursuing legal action. 

• The Company reserves the right to terminate junk removal services if the Customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment or violation of waste disposal regulations, as part of our and your responsibilities. 

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes through email notifications, in line with our responsibilities and yours.
