Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Ghost Garbage ("Company") and the customer ("Customer") regarding the garbage removal services provided.

 The Company offers residential and commercial garbage removal services, including but not limited to:

• Regular scheduled pickups
• Bulk item removal
• Special waste disposal

• All pricing will be outlined in the service agreement or quoted prior to service.
• Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as detailed in the service agreement.

• The Customer may request modifications or cancellations of service at least 24 hours in advance.
• The Company reserves the right to modify service schedules due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather).

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through direct communication between the Company and the Customer.
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation before pursuing legal action.

• The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment or violation of waste disposal regulations.
